At Island Spice, we want you to be completely satisfied with your flavorful journey; if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Due to the perishable nature of our spice blends and food products, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

  Provide Proof

  For damaged or incorrect items, please attach clear photos of the product and the shipping label to expedite your claim.

  Ship the Item

  Once approved, securely pack the unopened product and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send the package back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After we inspect the returned goods, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement spices within 3-5 business days.
